Lonchon Power was established in 1998, consisting of Chongqing Lonchon Power Co.,Ltd. and Sichuan Lonchon Power Technology Co.,Ltd..
Chongqing Lonchon Power covers 20,000sq.m., and has fixed assets about RMB100 million, with 1500 staffs. Sichuan Lonchon Power Technology covers 50,000sq.m., and has fixed assets about RMB200 million, with 900 staffs, including 300 technicians.
Lonchon Power owns 120sets advanced CNC, 150sets specific machines, perfect self-provided testing equipments and methods and has passed ISO9001 and TS16949 certification. Lonchon now has casting process of high pressure, low pressure, gravity casting, sand casting etc.. And its production capacity can reach to70,000 tons per year. Now it owns a number of independent intellectual property patents. We are able to design mold independently and arrange mass production of various auto engine products, such as cylinder head, intake manifold, motorcycle cylinder head and relative aluminum casting parts.
